Let’s be real life can be absolutely mental sometimes. Honestly, it’s completely knackering trying to keep your head above water when you’re running on empty. If you’ve spent years people pleasing, overthinking every little thing, and carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders I hear you. It’s heavy, but you dont have to carry it all on your own. We’ll get stuck in together, quieten that constant overthinking, and find a way through the chaos that actually works for you. No therapy language, no judgement just honest talk to help you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are

Does it feel like you’re surviving rather than thriving?
"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose."
— Dr. Seuss

Hi, I’m Abbey, a straight-talking, bubbly, person-centred counsellor from Liverpool. I’m passionate about helping people untangle life’s messy moments and reconnect with who they really are. I’m AuDHD (Autism and ADHD), so I understand what it’s like when your brain doesn’t quite fit the “standard settings”. Whether you’re neurodivergent, questioning, or simply feeling worn down and overwhelmed by life, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I offer a calm, supportive space to help you untangle what’s going on and reconnect with yourself, at your pace. Building a trusting, authentic relationship is at the heart of my work, and yes, there’s usually space for a laugh along the way too. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and very human. There’s no fixing here, just understanding, empathy, and the occasional bit of Scouse humour.
Meet Abbey
If you’re looking for a therapist who just nods along and listens, I’m probably not the one for you, we’ll be doing a lot more than that! I’m all about real, down to earth conversations no clinical jargon or 'therapy speak' here. I believe you’re the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, think of me as your co-pilot. I’m here to help you navigate the heavy stuff without any of the pressure or judgment. But if we get stuck in a loop, I’ll also give you a gentle nudge when I spot the patterns keeping you stuck.

Working with me
From our first session, we’ll explore what’s brought you here and what you’d like to be different. Over time, we’ll gently look at where these difficulties come from and develop ways of understanding yourself that feel calmer, clearer, and more authentic. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and free to explore whatever’s on your mind.
